[Anime Review] Kanon

Kanon

"The story a little slow at the beginning, fortunately it pick up the pace pretty quick" -Bezoe

Yuichi Aizawa returns to this city after seven years. In his childhood, he often visited it, but something happend in the past which caused him to block out his memories of the events of seven years ago. On the day after he gets settled in, he meets a girl carrying a backpack with wings on it. Her name is Tsukimiya Ayu and he begins to recall the memories he had lost.

From all the Harem anime I've watched so far, this is the 1st anime that have a very good and funny male protagonist (Yuichi Aizawa), without his sarcastic humour I guess I won't finished this anime because the early episode kinda slow, fortunately it pick up the pace pretty quick and it become a very interesting anime to watch. All of the girls have a secret background that is very interesting to follow. Personally I like Makoto and Ayu background story. But the most favorite character will be Mai!

"If all Harem anime look like this, I'm really in heaven" - Bezoe

Tomoya Okazaki is a third year high school student resentful of his life. His mother passed away from a car accident when he was younger, causing his father to resort to alcohol and gambling. This results in fights between the two until Tomoya's shoulder is injured in a fight. Since then, Tomoya has had distant relationships with his father, causing him to become a delinquent over time. While on a walk to school, he meets a strange girl named Nagisa Furukawa who is a year older, but is repeating due to illness. Due to this, she is often alone as most of her friends have moved on. The two begin hanging out and slowly, as time goes by, Tomoya finds his life shifting in a new direction.

Dango Dango Dango Dango Dango Daikazoku~~~~ The ending song stucked on my head for more than 3 weeks now =D. Anyway, This anime rock! why? all the girls are pretty (or at least fits my type) and I almost cried twice because the story are pretty touchy. Plus it is also have a pretty got humour in this anime. It is a very must see harem anime guys, go get this anime =).

[Anime Review] Ef - A Tale of Memories

Ef - A Tale of Memories

"Hope the 2nd season is better" -Bezoe

The anime revolves around two protagonists, Hirono Hiro and Asou Renji. On Christmas Eve, Hirono Hiro meets a girl named Miyamura Miyako who was chasing a purse snatcher. Hiro later finds out that Miyako also goes to the same school as he does and they start hanging out together. This made Hiro's childhood friend, Shindou Kei, feel left out. Kei then tries to compete with Miyako for Hiro's affection and a love triangle ensues. The anime also tells the story of Asou Renji. Renji meets a girl named Shindou Chihiro at an abandoned train station. He soon learns that Chihiro suffers from a type of amnesia where her memory span only lasts for 13 hours. He also discovers Chihiro's dream of writing a novel, but she has never been able to fulfill that dream due to her condition. Renji then decides to help her fulfill that dream

Can't say too much about this anime, probably because the 1st season is to short to explain the whole story of this anime. I can't say I like it but I can't find any reason to hate it also. But this is definitely won't be my favorite list anime. No cute girl in this anime that I really like, but I guess if I have to choose then I will go with Miyako. Usually I will love a girl like Kei type but not in this anime~

I hope there will be 2nd season and hoping that it will be better than this 1st season

[Anime Review] H2O Footprints In The Sand

H2O Footprints In The Sand

"A pretty touchy anime, recommend to watch it" - Bezoe

H2O's story revolves around Takuma Hirose, a blind young male junior-high school student, though the cause for his blindness is undetermined. After his mother died an unexpected death, it left a deep emotional scar on him, which caused him to become very lonely and reserved. Due to this, Takuma and his uncle move from the city out into a rural area and Takuma is enrolled into a new junior-high school. At his new school, he meets several new girls, though three of whom he gets to know the most out of anyone else. They are, the firm and obstinate Hayami Kohinata, the kind and obliging Hinata Kagura, and the cheerful and mysterious Otoha. As Takuma interacts with these girls, his medical condition gradually begins to heal. - Wiki

This is probably the 1st Harem anime that I ever watch where the there is a violence scene and the victim is a girl. It is a very interesting anime but a bit confusing near the end of the series, but it is still a great anime to watch and it has a good ending. -Bezoe

[Anime Review] Rosario + Vampire Season 1

Rosario + Vampire

"Probably the most exciting Harem anime I ever watch! (So far)"
-Bezoe

The story began with our male protagonist, Tsukune Aono that got transfered to a highschool full with monsters. At first he didn't realize it.

At the beginning he met with our main girl, Moka Akashiya. Moka show an interest to Aono, not because he is cute, but more likely because he smells good (whaat???). Apparently, Mokachan actually a vampire, and she likes to suck human blood (thats the reason actually why Moka have the interest with Aono. But later on they both share a good chemistry then become a good friend.

Aono needs to hide his human identity in that school in order to stay alive, because the school actually forbid a human to enter, if Aono being found out, it will cost his live.

During the school period, Aono will encounter with a lot of other cute girls (and yes they are kawaiii~~~). As a typical Harem type anime, all girl will later on fall in love into him~ (its kinda cliche buat its still good though)

The ending of the 1st season actually make me eagerly waiting the 2nd season to come out (and apparently it will start air October 2008... I hope it will get subbed ASAP because I love this anime!)

"Not as good as I though" -Bezoe

Story revolving around 2 main characters: Kunasaki Yukito and Kamio Misuzu.

Kunisaki Yukito is searching for a girl. A girl with wings. On his travels, he ends up in a town where he meets Kamio Misuzu, a girl who experiences strange dreams. And the town itself seems to be quite the melting pot for strange events.

There are a lot of suprising event in the anime, but unfortunately I will say this anime is pretty bad. Not only I don't have any favorite girls in this anime, but also the storyline it self a bit boring and confusing. And there are a lot of flash back to the past (Waaay to the past) that somehow connected to the person on the present day.

2nd Season

Hatsune-Jima was once well-known for its cherry trees, which would bloom no matter what time of year it was. Two years ago, the island's cherry trees lost this ability and all became ordinary cherry trees that bloom only in the spring. Jun'ichi Asakura is now a graduating senior at Kazami Academy, and is surrounded by many close friends, old and new alike. On a stormy summer day, a mysterious young girl, Aisia, arrives at Jun'ichi's door. She is looking for Sakura's grandmother to study magic, ultimately hoping to bring happiness to everyone. When she discovers that grandmother Yoshino had long since passed away, she joyfully assumes (thanks to his error in judgment) that Jun'ichi is able to teach her. Even though she finally understands that the only magic he's capable of is conjuring Japanese confections, Aisia continues her search for magic on Hatsune-Jima. Amid the chaos of her search, Kazami Academy hires new medical staff.

Yes I'm a bit lazy to type out a full version of my own review =p (but I will though when I re-watch the anime again, since this is one of my favorite), I'm reviewing from my memory right now (Because I've been watching atleast 6 Harem animes for the past 2 weeks- Bad me, I should reviewed it ASAP after I watched it)

But I must say I love Da Capo so much. But there is some part that I'm kinda lost in the transition between the 1st season and 2nd, which I realized when I played Da Capo PC game. For the people that have seen this anime, then I guess you know what I'm talking about (hint: About where the hell Nemu disappeared at the beginning of the 2nd season)
