Finally we can see Agent 47 in movie!, but is it good? We all know most of the "Game to Movie" genre never been good. There are countless of bad Game to Movies out there, that literally it is pain in the rear to even watch it.
Agent 47 (Timothy) is a heartless Assassin raised and trained by a shadowy Organization simply known as "The Agency. Since at a tender age, he already been trained to be a professional assassin that stay unknown by the FBI or police. After the agents "graduate" from the training facility, he is ready to do the job giving by "The Agency" to earn hard cash. Even the task is very hard, the agents can finish the job easily and rarely failed, because failure means the end of the contract and maybe their life.
The first thing that I highlight is the cast. I say Timothy Olyphant is a decent actor (he is not bad in Die Hard 4.0) but he is not the right cast for Agent 47 and I'm sure a lots of movie goers out there agree. Jason Statham or Vin Diesel are my personal choice (even maybe Bruce Willis?). Timothy can't bring the real Agent 47 emotionless into the movie. I though he will put some weight and muscle to play the character but he is too slim to be 47 and don't have the edge of looking like 47 from the game.
As far as storyline goes, it is enjoyable from start to end but its easily predictable. Fighting scene are ok, not so great. Nika Boronina (Olga) is hot though, and her acting is pretty good. recommend to catch the movie. The last thing I will mention is Thank goodness its not Uwe Boll's Movies.
Overal Rating : B+
